Location: Skellig Michael, Co. Kerry.

Species: Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus)
Location: Greenore, Co. Louth.
Date: 2nd of July 2021.
No. of animals: One
Behaviour: Bottlenose were seen slow normal swimming underwater for about 30mins.

Behaviour: Humpbacks blow: only spout seen. Half breach: most of body exists the water

Species: Short-beaked common dolphins (Delphinus delphis)
Location: Toe Head,, Co. Cork.
Date: 27th of June 2021.
No. of animals: Fiftteen.
Behaviour: Common dolphins were seen Slow/normal swimming: i.e. slow surface with no splash and leaping: i.e. full body breach clean out of water.

Behaviour: Bottlenose were seen feeding: prey seen in vicinity or animal moving fast in no particular direction as if in persuit of fish.

Behaviour: Bottlenose were seen milling, slow swimming, leaping, half-breaching and bow riding vessels in Cork Harbour.
